MAIN FLOWS OF CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE

01 - Customer confirms the main parameters of metallic corrugated board (e.g. parameters of corrugated teeth, dimensions of board, board structure, material, functions, etc.). Maybe customer provides board part drawing directly.

02 - South Corrugation Engine confirm the main parameters and make quotation.

03 - Customer confirms quotation and pay deposit.

04 - South Corrugation Engine starts to produce boards according to requirements after deposit arrives at SCE account.

05 - South Corrugation Engine finishes boards’ production and inform of customer.

06 - Customer pays balance of boards. South Corrugation Engine arrange goods loading and delivery after balance arrives at SCE account.

07 - Customer receives goods and takes acceptance. Order finishes.

South Corrugation Engine provides one-year guarantee for metallic corrugated boards. If boards occur quality problems (non-human factors) leading to board’s cracking or breakage in one year from their acceptance date, South Corrugation Engine provides free boards with the same specification and material for exchanging. The transportation fee of exchanging boards needs to be paid by customer.
