Advantages

An galvanized steel 3D quadruple corrugated board (shortened for “NGCQ-3D” as below) is consist of a piece of surface metallic sheet, a piece of inner metallic sheet and two pieces of original color/ colored galvanized steel corrugated sheets that are posed at certain angles (e.g. orthogonal) and laminated in vertical dimension. The thickness of NGCQ-3D ranges from 12-26 mm. Its 3D structure is mainly applied for bearing big force. NGCQ-3D is also applied for interior core frame in object. Comparing with common metallic corrugated board, NGCQ-3D can bear greater load.

NGCQ-3D can be fix on any supporting framework by rivets to make the surface of object much stronger.

According to different application scenes, urethane resin or epoxy resin are possible to be applied for binding the metallic boards in NGCQ-3D.

Characteristics

Except the characteristics of metallic corrugated board, NGCQ-3D has some outstanding advantages as followings

Mechanical properties
NGCQ-3D can bear load from different directions simultaneously and keep the dimension intact (no deformation). Comparing to two-ply and three-ply corrugated board, NGCQ-3D can save more materials and reach higher performance level in mechanical properties (e.g. compression and bending strength).

Anti-seismic
NGCQ-3D has the anti-seismic property of 3-ply metallic corrugated board. When shaking force is exerted on the surface of NGCQ-3D, the shaking energy will transmit along two directions (usually orthogonal directions) and is divided by two parts on the two directions. The two part of shaking energy will be continuously divided into each corrugated tooth in each corrugated ply of NGCQ-3D. After double reduction in vibration strength, NGCQ-3D hardly damage in the shaking process.

Heat conductivity and insulation
NGCQ-3D has double effects of the heat conductivity and insulation performance of 3-ply corrugated board.

Fireproofing and dampproof
All elements in NGCQ-3D are A-grade fireproofing materials. It is suitable for the public areas of high people density. Owing to the 3D structure, NGCQ-3D has much higher fireproofing degree and dampproof performance index.

Applications

Heat dissipation and conductivity cushion (pad), goods’ package, metallic roof (heat insulation layer), floor (underfloor warmer module), interior separation wall, wall panels of truck’s carriage and container, crash barrier (vehicle bumper), furniture’s parts (e.g. decoration panel).
