Advantages

Corrugated sandwich board (shortened as “CSB” as below) is made of solid core materials and surface/ inner corrugated ply. The surface/ inner corrugated sheet acts as the frame function.

A two-ply aluminum corrugate + foam CSB is consist of a piece of original color/ colored thin aluminum corrugated sheet (as surface) and one piece of solid foam with certain thickness (as core) who is laminated under the corrugated ply.

A three-ply aluminum corrugate + foam CSB is consist of two pieces of original color/ colored thin aluminum corrugated sheets (as surface and inner ply) and one piece of solid foam with certain thickness (as core) who is laminated between the two corrugated sheets.

Aluminum corrugate + foam CSB does not only have properties of aluminum corrugate (e.g. light-weight and heat conductivity), but also own superior heat insulation performance from foam.

Urethane resin or epoxy resin are applied for the lamination of aluminum and foam as adhesive.

Descriptions

The core material is foam. Apply original color (metallic silver) or colored (rose golden) thin aluminum board to make corrugated sheet.

The height and density of corrugated teeth can be customerized. CSB can be cut and divided into suitable size according to customers’ requirements.

According to different application scenes, urethane resin or epoxy resin are applied for the lamination of aluminum corrugate and foam as adhesive.

It is possible to select colorful, figured aluminum boards to make surface/inner corrugated sheets of CSB (need exclusive order in advanced).

Characteristics

Except the advantages of NACD and NACT, CSB has some relatively outstanding characteristics as followings

Light-weight
Owing to the low density of aluminum and foam, single CSB is so light that one person is able to pick it up easily. It is quite suitable for working at high altitude. CSB is generally applied in external wall of building. Even though single sheet CSB is loose and fall down from the building, it would not hurt persons on road at great degree.

Heat insulation
The hollow structure makes corrugated board have superior heat conductivity. While foam has good heat insulation performance. So that CSB thermal properties certainly and greatly increase with the combination of aluminum corrugated and foam core.

Low material and usage cost
Foam material is widely used and wins good honor during numerous thermal insulation materials, because of its low price and good physical properties (e.g. heat insulation). Aluminum corrugate + foam CSB is good enough to win traditional reinforced concrete solid, whatever in construction labor cost and material price.
