Advantages

If corrugated material is different from surface/inner sheet materials (e.g. aluminum corrugated + stainless steel surface/inner), the corrugated board with different materials usually is called as “Metallic Composite Corrugated Board” (shortened as “MCCB” as below).

A two-ply aluminum + stainless steel MCCB is consist of a piece of original color/ colored thin aluminum corrugated ply (as core) and one piece of thin plain stainless steel sheet that is laminated under the corrugated ply.

A three-ply aluminum + stainless steel MCCB is consist of a piece of original color/ colored thin aluminum corrugated ply (as core) and two pieces of thin plain stainless steel sheets that are laminated on and under the corrugated ply, respectively.

Urethane resin or epoxy resin are applied for the lamination of aluminum and stainless steel boards as adhesive.

Descriptions

Apply original color (metallic silver) or colored (rose golden) thin aluminum board to make corrugated sheet. Surface (inner) sheet applies 201 or 304 original color/ colored stainless steel board.

The height and density of corrugated teeth can be customerized. MCB can be cut and divided into suitable size according to customers’ requirements.

According to different application scenes, urethane resin or epoxy resin are applied for the lamination of metallic boards as adhesive.

It is possible to select colorful, figured stainless steel boards to make surface/inner sheet of MCCB (need exclusive order in advanced).

Characteristics

Except the characteristics of metallic corrugated sheet, FCShas some outstanding advantages as followings

Light-weight
An aluminum + stainless steel composite corrugated board’s weight is less than 1/2 of the concrete solid at the same volume (bulk). One adult is able to pick one composite board up quite easily. It is beneficial for products’ assembly and transportation.

High strength
Aluminum and stainless steel materials have better comprehensive mechanical properties than traditional building materials (e.g. wood, stone, plastic). For example, aluminum alloy materials have better ductility. Stainless steel materials have much higher tensile strength. Both a two-ply see-corrugate board made from one corrugated sheet and thin plain board, and a three-ply corrugated board which is consist of one corrugated sheet and two sheets of thin plain boards, owns frame (aluminum corrugated sheet) and supporting plane (stainless steel plain board). So that two-ply or three-ply corrugated board have much better mechanical properties than a common solid plain board or single shape materials.

Anti-seismic
When shaking force is exerted on two-ply or three-ply corrugated board, shaking energy is divided into each corrugated tooth. Vibration strength distributed on each corrugate greatly decreases, so that the object who owns corrugated shape can avoid from damage. Owing to the far more better anti-seismic property of corrugated shape, which is comparing to other geometrical shapes’ anti-seismic, many historic buildings can be saved till now. Even though some parts of building damage, the whole building will not collapse when metallic corrugation is applied into the construction frames and walls.

Heat conductivity and insulation
MCCB has hollow structure. Air is able to go through the space between corrugated sheet and surface/inner sheet. As the air in MCCB is heat and inflated, hot air will go out of the passage between corrugated sheet and surface/inner sheet, then cool air will supplement the gap of hot air. Such air replacement makes MCCB have thermal conductivity. Moreover, some metallic materials have very good thermal conductivity (e.g. aluminum). In cold areas, two ends of corrugated boards usually are blocked in order to stop air flow and keep warm inside the boards. MCCB corrugated board is also able to combine with other thermal insulation materials (such as thermal cotton, ceramic), for increasing the thermal insulation performance.

Voice separation (Noise reduction)
The ripple surface of corrugated sheet can reflect sonic wave by a counteracting way. Sonic wave from each direction can be neutralized by such a curve plane of corrugated sheet so that voice can be separated from the corrugated board. It is possible to low down noise degree by 35 db.

Fireproofing and dampproof
All materials in corrugated board is nonflammable to avoid any fire accidents. It is suitable for the public areas of high people density. Aluminum and stainless steel materials have superior weather resistance and inoxidizability in wet weather.

Easy operation
Easy machining: MCCB can be cut, punched, bent and also can be cambered (arc-shaped). Easy installation: MCCB can be fixed by interval crimping, hanging, open seal and close seal way. Side bar and middle strength bar can be connected with MCCB by rivets. Owing to easy operation, the construction period can be shortened greatly, comparing to traditional concrete building’s.

Steady glue combination
The big curve tip of corrugated shape can increase the pasting areas and bonding strength between surface/inner sheet and corrugated sheet. Thermosetting glue formula makes the bonding strength between metallic boards desirable. The glue ‘s weather resistance makes sure a long lifecycle of bonding between metallic boards.

Anti-corrosion & Long lifecycle
MCCB with oxide coating have superior anti-corrosion property and keep the same color for long time. The quality guarantee is as long as 15 years. The lifecycle of MCCB can be the same as building’s lifecycle when MCCB is fixed indoor.

No maintenance
MCCB has self-cleaned and stain-prevented functions. There is no need for maintenance and repairs.

MCB is 100% recyclable and has no toxic volatile substance. It is friendly to the environment and suitable for susceptible population.
