A 3D stacking corrugated board (shortened for “3D SCB” as below) is consist of two pieces of original color/ colored thin aluminum corrugated sheets that are posed at certain angles (e.g. orthogonal) and laminated in vertical dimension. The thickness of 3D SCB ranges from 12-26 mm. Its 3D structure is mainly applied for bearing big force. 3D SCB is also applied for interior core frame in object so that its supporting force-loading face can bear greater load. The composite with 3D SCB core actually has much higher compression and bending strength than those without it.

Apply original color (metallic silver) or colored (rose golden) thin aluminum board to make corrugated sheet.
The height and density of corrugated teeth can be customerized. Size of 3D SCB can be confirmed according to customers’ requirements.
3D SCB is generally applied for the core supporting. It can be fix on surface/inner metallic sheets by rivets to make a sandwich composite. If 3D SCB is used separately, it is necessary to equip frame with it (some metallic connecting grooves needs extra fee).
According to different application scenes, urethane resin or epoxy resin are possible to be applied for binding 3D SCB and surface/inner ply of a sandwich composite as adhesive.
Except the characteristics of metallic corrugated sheet and two-ply corrugated board, 3D SCB has some outstanding advantages as followings
Heat dissipation and conductivity cushion (pad), goods’ package, metallic roof (heat insulation layer), floor (underfloor warmer module), interior separation wall, wall panels of truck’ carriage and container, crash barrier (vehicle bumper), furniture’s parts (e.g. decoration panel).
